    Introduction The County of Chester, also referred to as “the County” is requesting qualifications of qualified Consultants for development of Open Space Action Plans for local municipalities in Chester County, Pennsylvania, also referred to as “Grantees”, to assist them in achieving their open space goals as summarized in Attachment B, Open Space Accelerator Program Summary. The county anticipates selecting two qualified consultants. Issue Date: March 6, 2026 All questions are to be directed via email to: Lauren Prescott, Senior Buyer lprescott@chesco.org Questions may also be submitted via Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com, Request for Qualifications (hereafter “RFQual”) Submissions: Submissions in response to this RFQUAL must be submitted electronically through publicpurchase.com (Attachment A) using the Proposal Response Form in Section 1 Statement of Intent and Section 2 – Consultants Qualifications Form. In addition to the required copy, please include a redacted copy of your qualifications if any information is deemed proprietary. Submissions to public purchase must be submitted no later than 12:00 Noon, Eastern Standard Time, Monday, April 20, 2026.
