The Action Plan, and the three supplemental efforts, will establish goals and provide clear next steps for actions to be taken by the City, other governmental agencies, and private entities such as developers, to work toward safe transportation options for people using all travel modes in the city.This solicitation is being issued as a competitive negotiation for professional services, in accordance with Virginia Code 2.2-4302.2 A.4.
