    Description

    The City of Folsom (City) is interested in engaging consultants or a consultant team to develop the City's 2026 Water Master Plan and Condition Assessment Program. Services would generally include data review and analysis, updating the City's hydraulic water model, updating the average day, maximum day, and peak hour demands, analysis and quantification of current and future demands, model calibration, identifying a 10-year capital improvement plan including cost estimates and CIP prioritization by Fiscal Year, development of a condition assessment program, CEQA analysis, and preparation of the draft and final reports. All consultant questions, clarifications or comments shall be submitted in writing and must be received by the City no later than March 29, 2026 by midnight and be emailed to Marcus Yasutake at myasutake@folsom.ca.us with the subject line: "2026 WMP and CAP RFP - Question".
