Phoenix Union High School District was founded in 1895 and is comprised of 10 comprehensive high schools, four specialty schools, one college and career magnet school, three support schools, two micro schools, and a digital academy.  The District comprises over 220 square miles of metropolitan Phoenix, Arizona and has approximately 3,000 employees and an annual enrollment of more than 25,000 students.

  Provide general information about your firm including the location of the principal office and/or significant branch offices which would be directly responsible for the contract, if awarded.  Include number of years providing professional services.  Include a summary of the firm's qualifications and experience with similar types and size engagement.

• Timeline and Method of Approach (required) —

  Provide a detailed and realistic proposed timeline calendar of expectations to successfully complete each deliverable in item 4 of the scope of request for quotation.  Provide your method of approach for ensuring the milestones on the proposed calendar are met.

• Reference Letters (required) —

  Provide three (3) reference letters from current or previous clients.

  NOTE:  The District is requesting letters, not a reference list.
