    The State of Colorado Judicial Department issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purpose of selecting a provider, or providers, of continuing legal education (CLE) activities for judges, attorneys, and staff. Objectives: To provide easy and convenient access to a wide range of accredited live (in-person and/or virtual) and home study (on-demand) CLE activities that meet the educational needs of Department judges, attorneys, and staff. Respondent offerings should include CLE activities that provide basic training for new attorneys, in-depth activities for experienced attorneys and judges, and everything in between. Offerings must include activities that meet Colorado’s professional responsibility requirement: seven (7) credit hours per compliance period, including at least two (2) credit hours in the area of equity, diversity, and inclusivity, and at least five (5) credit hours in the areas of legal ethics or legal professionalism. To provide enterprise access to an intuitive and easy-to-use CLE platform that allows users to self-register for live (in-person and/or virtual) and home study CLE activities, download self-study activities and course materials, track attendance, and complete reporting and compliance requirements.
