Bid submissions will be accepted by upload only, at https://panynj.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=login and must be uploaded and received by the Authority by 2:30 PM EST on the date indicated in order to be considered. In order to submit a bid on this project, prospective bidders must be prequalified under the B List for Request for Qualification Statements (“RFQS”) 59109 entitled Master Agreements for General Construction Services on A Work Order Basis – John F. Kennedy (JFK) Redevelopment Program, which can be found at https://www.panynj.gov/port-authority/en/business-opportunities/solicitations-advertisements/Construction.html. Once qualified, prospective bidders may obtain contract documents by downloading the documents directly from the Bonfire platform by logging in to Bonfire after completing a one-time new vendor registration. The contract documents will be made available electronically on Bonfire to all qualified B List firms at no cost as soon as they become available. Contract JFK-974.206 – Roof Rehabilitation of Building 254. Estimate Range: $5M - $10M. Construction of Building 254 roof rehabilitation including the removal and reinstallation/rehabilitation of roof-mounted electrical, electronics, plumbing, and mechanical equipment and accessories and all associated work.
