This RFP is an “all award” bid for Fine Arts Contracted Services, approving all vendors which comply and respond with all required bid documents and information. Pricing, along with a list of goods or services offered must be supplied and any required documentation not uploaded could result in vendor not being awarded. Being awarded for this bid does not guarantee business to vendors but makes vendors awarded with the district so that if the need arises, and we need to utilize services that a vendor offers, the vendor will already be awarded. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the open period of this solicitation. Awards will be subject to approval by the Board of Trustees. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as early as possible. Submittals will be opened and evaluated on a monthly basis during the open period of this solicitation, and will be either accepted or rejected by the District in accordance with the evaluation criteria outlined in the Request for Proposal.
