This RFP aims to have eligible contractors bid on and perform work for awardees participating in the Small Projects Fund. Minority and Women-Owned Businesses are strongly encouraged to respond. The deadline for Contractors’ proposals is Friday, July 31st, at 3:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) MVEDD reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any and all bids and proposals. DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: The scope of work includes installing new HVAC (heat pump) system. Install three new Mitsubishi external units (fan/compressors) and relocate all seven units, (four existing and three new to the rear roof). Replace three existing doors with 32”x80” steel doors and frames. Install LED track lighting covering 2,000 square feet. The project is located at 61 Main Street in Cooperstown, New York.
