COORDINATED ENTRY SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR FOR INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES, AND SURVIVORS

The County of Orange, County Executive Office - Office of Care Coordination (hereinafter referred to as “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations (hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”) for Coordinated Entry System (CES) Administrator(s) for Individuals, Families, and Survivors (Program). The primary goal of this Program is to facilitate a participant-centered process that streamlines access to the most appropriate services and housing interventions for, Individuals, Families, and Survivors of Domestic Violence (Survivors) experiencing homelessness or at risk of experiencing homelessness in Orange County and implementing a regional coordination approach. Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the Request For Proposals (RFP) and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein. This is a fully electronic RFP. Respondents must submit their proposals online via the County’s online bidding system. Only electronic proposals will be accepted.
