    Description

    The purpose of this RFP is to replace Generators and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) (the project) at Tarrant County Corrections Center (the building) in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this solicitation and all applicable national and local codes and code authorities. The Project will utilize the Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) method of delivery with stipulated lump sum amounts for all materials, services, and bonds required to deliver the project. It is the intention of Tarrant County to select a construction firm using a graded evaluation criteria process as described in the Statement of Work. Bidders shall go to the Attachments tab to download all RFP documents. This is encouraged to be done prior to the Pre-Proposal meeting. Bidders shall go to the Activities tab to see the details regarding the planned Pre-Proposal meeting.
