    INVITATION FOR BIDS


    COTTON GATEWAY SUBDIVISION PHASE 2 UTILITY AND PAVING IMPROVEMENTS & GRADING IMPROVEMENTS

    Sealed bids for COTTON GATEWAY – Utilities and Paving Improvements and COTTON GATEWAY – Grading Improvements will be received in a sealed envelope and addressed to Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, LTD., on behalf of Caldwell County Municipal Utility District No. 9 (“Owner”) via the design engineer Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. at 5301 Southwest Parkway, Building 2, Suite 100, Austin, Texas 78735 until 2:00 PM CST, Thursday, May 14, 2026 and then publicly opened and read, for the work necessary for the Utilities and Paving and for the Grading for 247 single family residential lots on approximately 43 acres in Caldwell County, Texas. Contract documents, plans, specifications, pre-bid conference number, and bid opening conference number will be made available via CivCast at www.civcastusa.com.

    Certified/Cashier’s check or acceptable bidder’s bonds, payment without recourse to Owner in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of total bid submitted must accompany bid. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities.

    A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be conducted on Thursday, April 16th, 2026 at 2:00 PM. This meeting will be held in person at the offices of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. at 5301 Southwest Parkway, Building 2, Suite 100, Austin, Texas 78735.
