Main Street, which includes replacement of laminate finishes, installation of new wallpaper, new dimensional lettering, removal of the Clerk’s counter, and installation of a new height-adjustable podium. The City intends to select one (1) qualified professional to provide full-service materials and installation for said work. All proposals must be submitted through Public Purchase by 2:00 pm on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. The City assumes no liability for proposals not received by the time set forth above or for proposals which are incorrectly labeled on the envelope. A mandatory job walk is not required. Proposal forms may be inspected and electronically downloaded at no cost, at the Public Purchase website, www.publicpurchase.com. No copies of said documents will be provided by the City. No proposal shall be received from an individual or firm that has not accessed the proposal documents from the Public Purchase website. All addenda and correspondence during the process will be handled electronically through the Public Purchase website. Questions regarding this request for proposal are due no later than Friday, December 19, 2025, and must be submitted through the Public Purchase website. The City hereby affirmatively ensures that Minority Business Enterprises and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice and encourages their participation in this process. No firm/individual will be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, handicap, gender, religion or sexual orientation in any consideration leading to the award of contract. No qualified disabled person shall, on the basis of disability, be excluded from participating in, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity leading to the award of contract.
