SCOPE: The primary work to be performed under this contract includes the roadway widening and construction of County Line Road between 17th Avenue and State Highway 66. Construction includes clearing and grubbing, removals, earthwork, grading, pavement construction, erosion control, storm drainage improvements, traffic control, striping, signage and related work. The Contractor shall supply all labor, material and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract plans and specifications. This project is a CDOT Local Agency Project which includes state and federal funding. . BID CONDITIONS (Minimum Mandatory Qualifications): Contractor shall be fully qualified to complete the work requested under this bid as outlined in the Invitation for Bid and as follows: • Contractor must be prequalified with CDOT in at least one (1) of the following work codes: 01, 02, 04, 05, 12, 16, 17, 18, 23. • The Contractor must demonstrate successful completion of at least two (2) qualifying projects of similar scope and complexity within the last 8 years with a total project cost of not less than $1,500,000. The Bidder’s Comparable Project Data form must be completed for each qualifying project and submitted with the Bid Submittal Documents. • Qualifying projects must have been performed for local, state or federal governmental agencies. . ADVISEMENTS FOR PROJECTS WITH FEDERAL-AID HIGHWAY FUNDS: An EEO-1 Report must be submitted to the Joint Reporting Committee if the contractor and subcontractors meet the eligibility requirements (29 CFR 1602.7).
