The goal of implementation of this service is to deliver upskilling and reskilling opportunities to New Yorkers, allowing them to enter a new field of expertise and move them from unemployment and/or underemployment. This service will expand access to job training and skill development, thereby promoting economic mobility and a more competitive workforce. NYSDOL will also utilize these licenses for internal employee development initiatives within the agency. Email bid submissions are NOT acceptable.
