    The City of Virginia Beach is requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from qualified Design-Builders that have experience in design and construction of large capacity stormwater pump stations (greater than 100 cubic feet per second (cfs) is strongly preferred), tide gates, flood barriers/cofferdams, and drainage system and roadway improvements for the design and construction of the Central Resort District Drainage Improvements Phase 1 Project (“The Project”). From the responses received, the Owner will select up to three (3) of the highest qualified Design-Builders to compete for a progressive design-build contract to provide turn-key design and construction services for the Project
