    This project consists of the interior renovation/addition of personal office spaces for the Montgomery County Probate Court located on the 2nd floor of the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, 41 N. Perry St. Dayton, Ohio 45402. The scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to, new non-structural interior partitions, new finishes, and new electrical and mechanical fixtures as provided in the project plans and specifications. This project will also be delivered utilizing two construction phases as indicated on the drawings to limit the disruption experienced by the court during construction operations.
