    Stage II Invitation to BidOnly contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:Project Description: The project consists of demolishing nine existing ponds, including associated structures, piping, and electrical systems. The site will be regraded using imported fill material to raise elevations, followed by construction of four larger replacement ponds. Each pond will include a precast water control structure, catwalk, concrete access ramps, new water supply piping, and a new drainage system. All ponds will be lined with a bituminous liner. The project also includes construction of a cast-inplace concrete kettle structure with associated piping and appurtenances. A new electrical system will be installed, including nine pedestals to provide power distribution around the ponds. There will also be a small section of piping and fitting near the existing well building.Construction Cost Estimate: $4,311,983.00
