    Qualified contractors are invited to bid on the construction of a new 5+1-bay Vehicle Storage Facility (VSF), The project is located at an existing CDOT Maintenance yard in the town of Craig just North of HWY 40. The new VSF shall be a 6,000 gross square foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB). The VSF will contain an administration bay and three 20’-0” x 50’-0” bays used to store CDOT plow trucks, and two 20’x0”x50’-0” bays used as wash bays. The floor shall be concrete slab-on-grade with a 20-foot concrete apron at the overhead door side.
