The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for Crane and Hoists Inspections Repair and Maintenance Services. Background

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is a bi-county agency and public corporation of the State of Maryland, established in 1918 to provide water supply and wastewater services to residents and businesses in Montgomery and Prince George's Counties. WSSC is among the largest water and wastewater utilities in the nation, with a network of nearly 5,600 miles of freshwater pipeline and more than 5,400 miles of sewer pipeline, serving 1.8 million residents.

Submission Requirements

• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS —

  Each Bidder must meet and provide proof of the following qualifications in order to be considered for the Award.

• Please provide how many years experience your firm has in performing the requested goods or services: (required)
• Does your firm have at least five (5) years of experience performing crane and hoist inspection, repair, and maintenance services? (required)
• Each Bidder must provide proof of the following documentation to be considered for award. Failure to submit the following may deem your bid non-responsive and will not be considered for award: (required) —

  Experience (Minimum 5 Years)

  A minimum of three (3) reference projects completed within the last five (5) years, comparable in size and scope to this solicitation. Each reference must include at a minimum the following:

  1. Project title and description.
  2. Client/agency name, point of contact, phone, and email.
  3. Start and completion dates.
  4. Types of cranes and hoists inspected and maintained.
• Does your firm have personnel with at least three (3) years of relevant experience performing crane and hoist inspection, repair, and maintenance services? (required)
