Furthermore, bids must be submitted via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater prior to the due date. Questions and submittals must be submitted on OPENGOV via online discussions. If you have further questions, please email joseph.cokes@WSSCwater.com. It is the intent of WSSC to obtain a Contractor to perform the annual inspections and recommended annual preventive maintenance (PM) on approximately 206 overhead cranes/hoists at various WSSC facilities located within Montgomery and Prince George's Counties, Maryland. The Contractor must perform a thorough annual inspection of the hoisting machinery and provide lubrication to all components requiring such. If required, the Contractor must perform emergency repair services in order to maintain all cranes/hoists in proper operating condition, on a time and material basis. The Contractor may be required to change the oil in the cranes/hoists listed herein and perform a full-rated operational load test on the cranes and monorails located in the Chlorine Buildings listed herein. The Contractor must provide all supervision, labor, service trucks, materials (including oil and grease), tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the performance and completion of this Contract, in the manner called for by the terms and conditions herein, for the specified prices shown on the pricing pages, and to the satisfaction of WSSC.
