Create a public mosaic mural to be installed on the face of a retaining wall located at Hewitt Park. The water feature/splash pad has been designed as a fun homage to the rail history of Oroville complete with a faux track that terminates at the base of the mural. The design of which is meant to have a mural that suggests a train will continue along the tracks on to the faux rails.
