    Description

    The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is looking for competitive bids for Wax-coated paper bags to be supplied to our Creedmoor Psychiatric Center located at 79-25 Winchester Boulevard in Queens Village, Queens, New York. The requested items are listed in the section 1. Scope of work in the IFB Document and the delivery schedule is located in Attachment D. Contractor must be able to provide 10-Gallon AND 30 Gallon wax coated, moisture resistant paper bags that meet the specifications listed in the IFB document. NO SUBSTITUTION IN SIZES ARE ALLOWED. Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, December 11th, 2025 by 3:00 PM. Questions will be accumulated by OMH and responses will be sent to potential bidders on December 18th, 2025. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter. Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET, January 8th, 2026. No late bids will be accepted. Please check the Contract Reporter website frequently for updates.
