SUNY Stony Brook University Hospital has been granted an exemption from advertising in the New York State Contract Reporter by the Office of the State Comptroller with Date-Ohmeda, Inc. for Aisys CS2 Anesthesia Machines and related items. Reason for advertising exemption: Single Source Award recipient: Datex-Ohmeda, Inc., Inc. Any questions or comments regarding this notice of sole-source, single-source, or procurement otherwise exempt from advertising in the NYS Contract Reporter should be directed to the contact person listed for the contracting agency or public authority. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency. The Hospital recommends that vendors file the required Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire online via the New York State VendRep System.
