The selected Contractor shall provide crossing guard services at 37 sites within Milpitas for the regular school year beginning around August 1, 2026 and at selected schools for the summer term as determined by the City on an annual basis. Estimated hours required for the full 180-day school year are 26,325 and approximately 800 hours for the 25-day summer term.

Follow-up Reference Checks (based on reference checks conducted by the City): Are the firm’s references from past clients and associates overall favorable? What is the Respondent’s record of deliverables submitted on time and within budget? Does the firm communicate with, collaborate with, and take direction well from City staff?
Fee proposals shall include everything necessary for the completion of all Services or otherwise fulfillment of the Agreement including but not limited to furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, facilities and all management; overhead expenses and profit required to complete the Services in accordance with the Scope of Work. Proposer's shall complete and submit Attachment C - Cost Form in its entirety to provide this information.
