Copies of such instruments may be obtained from James DeOtte Engineering Inc., 2201 Dottie Lynn Parkway, Suite 119, Fort Worth, Texas 76120, upon a non-refundable payment of $150.00 per set for hard copies and $30.00 per set for a flash drive with drawings and specifications (PDF format). A 24-hour notice must be given to the ENGINEER prior to picking up drawings and specifications.
