The existing porch on the west side of the apparatus bays will be enclosed and converted into a gear storage room. Additional work includes removing and replacing the exterior stone veneer, as well as all gypsum board and insulation within affected areas. All ductwork, HVAC equipment, and associated controls serving the living quarters on both sides of the apparatus bays will also be removed and replaced.The engineer’s estimate of probable cost associated with this project is $1,672,844.The selected Contractor shall complete the work within 365 consecutive calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
