Evaluation Criteria

• Introduction / Project Summary —

  The Airport is seeking qualified suppliers (“Proposers”) to provide proposals for noise insulation program consulting services (“Proposal”). The awarded proposer will administer and support the Airport's Noise Insulation Program (NIP), including implementation of existing and future FAA-funded and Airport-funded initiatives. Services include identifying eligible properties, planning and delivering residential noise insulation improvements, administering grants, conducting community outreach, maintaining program databases and communications tools, and supporting all phases of project delivery through closeout. The awarded proposer shall provide services on an as-needed basis. The volume and timing of work will vary depending on program funding, FAA eligibility requirements, homeowner participation, and Airport priorities.
