    Description

To support high-quality instructional programming and foodservice operations for students, faculty, staff, and administration, the System seeks qualified vendors to provide comprehensive culinary equipment, supplies, and possible food products, and related professional services. These goods and services are required to ensure safe, efficient, and industry-standard culinary training environments, as well as the preparation and service of quality meals, snacks, and beverages. The FoundationCCC has identified one hundred twenty-nine (129) categories (item numbers) that are organized into nineteen (19) classifications of products and services, which are described in Attachment D. If respondent categorizes products differently, enter your Category Name when responding to the pricing requirements in Section IV, Sub-Section 2, Item A. Bidders must clearly state the range of products included in their bid. When responding to Attachment D, Respondent should be mindful of instructions provided in Section IV, Sub-Section 2: Pricing and Product Requirement. While the above categories and classifications are representative of the required products in support of curricula, it is not an all-inclusive list.
