(2) Roundabout at Rte. 229 & Rte. 621 â This involves converting the existing unsignalized intersection of Rte. 229 (Rixeyville Road) and Rte. 621 (Jeffersonton Road/Colvin Road) to a single lane roundabout. (3) Old Brandy Road Sidewalk Extension â This involves construction of a new five (5) foot wide sidewalk along Old Brandy Road from US 15/29 Business to the existing sidewalk across from the Town of Culpeper Police Department. (4) Roundabout at US 15/29 Business and Rte. 694 â This involves reconstructing the existing signalized intersection of US 15/29 Business (Brandy Road) and Rte. 694 (Ira Hoffman Lane) to a hybrid roundabout. A shared-use path will be constructed along the north side of US 15/29 Business.
