Project Name: CUNY School of Journalism – Bathroom Renovation Project Number: SOJ-CUCF-15-26 Location: 219 West 40th Street, New York, NY 10018 Architect: Thaler Reilly Wilson, Architecture and Preservation, LLP The project consists of bathroom renovations, including selective demolition, concrete, carpentry, waterproofing, doors and openings, interior finishes, toilet accessories and specialties, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, and related construction work. This project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) and prevailing-wage requirements. All subcontractors must comply with the applicable PLA, labor requirements, and project specifications.
