    The San Bernardino City Unified School District is requesting bids from qualified and licensed contractors to provide a complete turnkey dance floor installation at Del Vallejo Leadership & STEAM Academy. Work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, demolition, floor preparation, moisture mitigation, substrate leveling, installation of a sprung dance subfloor system, installation of a professional vinyl dance floor surface, ADA-compliant transitions, final cleanup, and all work necessary to deliver a complete and fully functional dance flooring system.

      The contract shall be executed by the successful bidder and shall be returned, together with the Payment Bond, Performance Bond and Certificate(s) of Insurance to San Bernardino City Unified School District so that it is received within 15 working daysafter the bidder has received the contract for execution. Failure to do so shall be just cause for forfeiture of the proposal guaranty.

      Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check or cashier's check in the amount of not less than ten (10) percent of the maximum amount of the bid. Bid bonds may be submitted either as an original hard-copy bond bearing original signatures and seals, or as an electronic bond bearing verifiable electronic signatures and certifications.

      The bid bond must be received no later than July 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure timely delivery.
