    Description

    Notice is given that the City of Fullerton Public Works Department is inviting all interested and qualified licensed contractors to submit their company for inclusion on the City's Qualified Contractor's List for Fiscal Year 2026-2027.

    The City of Fullerton Public Works Department is interested in retaining an on-call list of contractors for as-needed construction repair and/or improvements to City facilities. The list will be used to fulfill the applicable requirements of the Public Contract Code Sections 22000-22045, and also provide Contractors the opportunity to bid on City repair/maintenance/improvement projects that have a contact value of no more than $220,000.

    Potential projects could involve:

    • Building - General Renovations
    • Electrical - Building and Site
    • HVAC
    • Plumbing - Building and Site
    • Roofing
    • Painting - Building Interior and Exterior
    • Flooring
    • Asphalt Concrete Pavement Grinding and Paving
    • Concrete - i.e. sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramps, cross gutters, etc.
    • Masonry - i.e. block walls, retaining walls, etc.
    • Water System - i.e. main distribution pipes, services, valves, fire hydrants, etc.
    • Sewer System - i.e. main pipes, laterals, manholes, etc.
    • Drainage System - i.e. main pipes, laterals, catch basins, junction structures, etc.

    Bids for work will be requested on an as-needed basis to the Contractors qualified in the appropriate field of work. The City does not guarantee Contractors added to the list will be awarded any projects.
