The City of DeSoto, hereafter referred to as “the City,” is inviting proposals from qualified and experienced custodial service vendors to provide comprehensive custodial services for the City of DeSoto Parks & Recreation Department (“CITY”) at the new McCowan Aquatics and Recreation Center (ARC). The selected proposer (“Proposer”) will be invited to enter into an agreement with the City, in a form to be provided by the City (“Agreement”), to provide the Services in accordance with the Scope of Work of this RFP.Join us for a non-mandatory site visit for the Facility Maintenance RFP for the McCowan Aquatics and Recreation Center (ARC) on February 25, 2026 at 12:00 PM. The site visit will provide vendors with an overview of the facility, clarify the scope of required services, and answer any questions regarding the RFP specifications.Respondents are invited to review the information and submit their proposals per the criteria established within this RFP. Written questions regarding this RFP must be received by the Purchasing Office no later than March 6, 2026. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document.All submittals must be received by March 20, 2026 at 4:00PM (CST), at which time all proposals will be opened and proposers' names read aloud.
