The site visit will provide vendors with an overview of the facility, clarify the scope of required services, and answer any questions regarding the RFP specifications.Respondents are invited to review the information and submit their proposals per the criteria established within this RFP. Written questions regarding this RFP must be received by the Purchasing Office no later than March 6, 2026. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document.All submittals must be received by March 20, 2026 at 4:00PM (CST), at which time all proposals will be opened and proposers' names read aloud.
