La Joya I.S.D. uses an online bidding system to post and receive electronic bids. Therefore, vendors are required to register using the district's e-Bidding website. The term for this bid for the "itemized" portion is from school board approval date through January 31, 2027. The "catalog" portion of this bid must be firm through June 30, 2027, following School Board approval.
