Pricing for the items listed on the bid tabulation sheet will be evaluated to determine the best offer for award. Departments will request a purchase order be issued for orders that cost $5000 or higher. If an order is under $5000, it will be handled by the department via and no purchase order will be issued. Contract may be awarded to multiple vendors, to best meet the needs of the University.
