Work includes installing a rebar cage inside each RCB, installing a High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) culvert through each, then forming and pouring mortar to completely fill the RCB’s.There are no environmental permits required for this work although standard best management practices are required for the mortar work.Access is as shown in the Overview Map of the Project Location provided in the IFB document through the St. Vincent property, across the tracks at a signalized crossing, and on an existing farm road that SMART has an easement across. Note that the St. Vincents access road is private, narrow, and with a low speed limit.The deadline to submit a bid in response to this Solicitation is July 16, 2026 at 2:00pm (Pacific).
