Projects will take place in and around the State Capitol Complex, which includes the State Capitol Building and surrounding buildings and grounds.This selection includes projects from Fiscal Years 2026-2028, with an option to extend on a year by year basis through FY 2030.Fixed Contract Price LimitVaries per project, with Capitol Improvement Projects ranging from an estimated $25,000 to $3,500,000 in value. Capitol Renovation projects could be valued up to $10,000,000 or more.
