Project Approach: Provide a project approach that clearly and thoroughly demonstrates a familiarity with the project and its objectives. The narrative should present a comprehensive overview of the primary and secondary tasks required to complete the project, from start to finish. A schedule for the project shall also be included noting the primary and secondary tasks and the estimated time to complete each. Professional Qualifications: The professional qualifications including, education, special abilities, and experience. Previous Experience: Previous experience with commercial and or municipal projects with compliance requirements. Partnerships Ability to use qualified DBE/MBE/WBE whenever possible in this project.
