Proposal Due: 02/17/2026 at 2:00 PM Contract Term: Through August 31, 2027 Please use the link below to access the project drawings, specifications, addenda, and Pictures: Project Documents: NYCCT: Computer Labs and Student Technology Spaces - Project Documents Scope of Work includes but is not limited to: Hazardous Materials Abatement and disposal of asbestos containing materials (ACM) as identified in the contract documents. All required containment, monitoring, testing, and regulatory compliance. Demolition Partial demolition of existing walls, ceilings, lighting, and finishes in designated computer labs and student technology spaces. Removal of existing doors, frames, flooring, and related components as indicated. Selective demolition of MEP systems impacted by renovation. Architectural Work Construction of new wall assemblies, soffits, and partitions. Installation of new doors and frames. New ceiling systems and lighting integration. New flooring and replacement of interior finishes. Installation of new furniture, including selected custom-designed private study booths. Patching, surface preparation, and complete painting of new and affected areas. MEP Infrastructure Improvements Selected mechanical, electrical, AV, Telecom, and Security system upgrades as identified in the drawings. Modification and relocation of existing MEP systems as required. Installation of new lighting and associated controls. All testing, inspection, and commissioning associated with new systems. Phasing Project to be completed in two phases in accordance with the summary schedule included in the bid documents. Coordination with campus operations to maintain functionality of occupied facilities.
