The City College of New York (“CCNY” and/or “the College”) of The City University of New York (“CUNY” and/or “the University”) is seeking a Contractor through an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to provide all labor ("Services"), materials (items that Contractor supplies to College and are incorporated into the System shall be referred to as “Materials”), and tools and equipment (items that belong to Contractor that Contractor uses to perform the Services shall be referred to as “Equipment”) to provide data connectivity to the Steinman Building located at 275 Convent Avenue, New York, NY 10031. Prospective bidders must have been in the data cabling installation business for a minimum of three (3) years as of the Bid Submission Date. NYS Prevailing Wages apply. Pursuant to its discretionary authority under the New York State Education Law and State Finance Law, this procurement opportunity is limited to businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A (MWBE) of the New York State Executive Law. Prospective bidders must download a copy of the IFB from this advertisement. Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the IFB (including, without limitation, any attached specifications and any terms and conditions attached hereto or incorporated herein by reference), the University's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts (June 2023) (“Appendix A”) which are incorporated herein by reference with the same effect as it is written. The College reserves the right to request financial information and references for projects of similar size, scope, and complexity completed within the past five years from the Bid Submission Date.
