The existing exfiltration trench is to remain in place. 5. Excavate and install approximately 30 linear feet of 18-inch perforated HDPE pipe with 3.5 feet of exfiltration trench. 6. Core and drill existing sump pump connection to install 12-inch HDPE solid pipe. 7. Excavate and install two new drainage structures with pollution retardant baffles (Structures S-2 and S-3). 8. Excavate and install approximately 124 linear feet of 18-inch HDPE solid pipe. 9. Excavate and install approximately 25 linear feet of 18-inch perforated HDPE pipe with 3.5 feet of exfiltration trench. 10. Install and compact backfill material in controlled lifts. 11. Install drainage grates and frames. 12. Install base course, tack coat, and asphaltic concrete top coat to restore disturbed pavement areas. All work shall comply with Miami-Dade County standards, applicable codes, and project specifications. The contractor shall be responsible for site safety, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring full restoration of any disturbed areas. The project dry-run submittal has been approved by Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ): Bldg Dept. Miami-Dade. The permit process number with AHJ: is #C2025134069. At the close of the project, Contractor shall submit all documentation, warranty, equipment, specifications, etc. to County. The project is located at 5680 SW 87 Avenue, Miami, FL 33173. The Base Bid Construction Estimate is $155,423.89. This Estimate includes $5,000.00 estimated survey & permit fees. Bidder’s Price Quotation shall consist of the Base Bid amount (Lump Sum) inclusive of all permit fees and excluding Contingency. NOTE: There are no Dedicated Allowances on this Project. A 10% Contingency will be added to the successful bidder’s Base Bid at Project Award, the sum of which, along with any Dedicated Allowances, will be the Total Contract Award Amount.
