Bids shall be on a unit price and lump sum basis as indicated on the Bid Form. The final Drawings and Specifications, construction Contract Documents, Bidding Documents, procurement documents, and any other final design phase deliverables, comply with all applicable federal requirements including the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) Contractors are required to provide proof of registration with NYSDOL as required by Labor Law Section 220-I.
