Must be available for One (1) Ceremonie from the Week of November 30, 2026 to December 02, 2026. (PREFERABLY WEDNESDAY- DECEMBER 02, 2026). Must have capabilty to stream the ceremony Live, and provide a copy of the stream for Public, but non-commercial use. Must have Hand-Cap access seating. Must have stage capacity for 60-100 people. Must have secure entry procedures and staff to provide metal detection. Must provide security and seating personnel. Must provide tickets by October 15, 2026, in order to distribute to our Graduates. must provide stage crew/ loading dock crew for unload in the morning and reload at the end of the day. Must provide seperate entrance for VIP guests and Faculty. Must have location for students to line-up and seperate loaction for Faculty and Staff to line up.
