    The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Demolish Mackin Complex project at the State University of New York at Oswego. The Mackin Complex, constructed in 1951, is a 103,700 GSF, three-story facility comprised of three buildings that are connected: Mackin Dining Hall (42,000 GSF), most recently used as a dining facility, Lonis Hall (32,300 GSF), and Moreland Hall (29,400 GSF), both most recently used as residence halls. Mackin Dining Hall, Lonis Hall, and Moreland Hall are decommissioned or largely unused, with aging infrastructure and building systems that have reached the end of their useful life. The Project will demolish approximately 103,700 GSF of existing space and restore the site for greenspace or future use. The Project includes full demolition of the structures, removal of foundations, and termination and capping of utility services including water, sewer, steam, electrical, communications, fire alarm, and gas. Utility connections to the adjacent buildings will be maintained or reestablished. The construction value is estimated to be approximately $8,297,000. Once your registration is submitted, you will receive a confirmation number and the RFQ via email.
