    Scope of Work

    The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, disposal services, permits, erosion controls, and incidentals necessary to complete demolition, debris removal, site restoration, and stormwater compliance activities at the City of Bellmead Parrish Water Well property located at 2801 Parrish Street, Bellmead, Texas 76705.

    Work includes, but is not limited to:

    Structure Demolition Demolish and remove approximately 1,000 square feet of brick, metal, and wood building structure. Remove all associated foundations, concrete slabs, and improvements to a minimum depth of two (2) feet below finished grade unless otherwise directed by the City. Protect adjacent water well infrastructure, cooling tower, piping, electrical systems, controls, fencing, and related facilities throughout demolition activities. Concrete Removal Demolish, remove, haul off, and properly dispose of approximately 4,200 square feet of adjacent concrete paving and slabs. Remove all resulting debris from the site and dispose of materials in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Site Restoration Backfill excavated areas with suitable compacted fill material. Place a minimum of four (4) inches of clean topsoil in disturbed areas. Fine grade the site to provide positive drainage. Seed disturbed areas with Bermuda grass and establish a minimum of eighty-five percent (85%) vegetative coverage prior to final acceptance. Stormwater and Environmental Compliance Prepare, implement, and maintain a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3) as required. Install and maintain erosion and sediment control measures throughout the duration of the project. Comply with all applicable environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements. Project Coordination Coordinate all activities with the City of Bellmead Public Works Department. Verify utility disconnections and maintain site security throughout the project. Complete all work within thirty (30) calendar days following issuance of the Notice to Proceed unless otherwise approved by the City.

    Pre-Bid Conference

    NON-MANDATORY A voluntary pre-bid walkthrough will be held at the project site located at 2801 Parrish Street, Bellmead, Texas. The property contains the City's Parrish Water Well facility. Access to the interior of the structure will only be permitted during the walkthrough. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged due to the proximity of critical public water infrastructure and the need to understand site conditions prior to bid submission
