1.02 The Corporation invites suitably qualified firms to submit a sealed bid for the demolition of an elevated concrete platform and the relocation of assets, in accordance with this Bid Document, Contract Forms, Specifications and Drawings, under reference number wscEP.072026 RFPDAR . 1.03 Upon receipt of this Invitation to Bid, invited Bidders are requested to indicate their intent to bid via the Corporation’s e-procurement portal at wsc.procureware.com. 1.04 All Bidders are required to visit the site of the Works and examine the Site of Works at their own expense. 1.05 All Bids must be submitted on or before 4:00 pm EST on Friday, August 7, 2026, electronically via the Corporation’s e-procurement portal at wsc.procureware.com. 1.06 The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, and to annul the bidding process, and reject all Bids at any time prior to Award of Contract, and amend the Scope of Services prior to or during the progress of the works of Contract without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders or any obligation to inform the affected Bidder or Bidders of the grounds for the Corporation's action. 2.08 Bidders must quote prices exclusive of VAT. Evaluation is based on exclusive-of-VAT totals. 2.09 To ensure full transparency and comparability of bids, each Bidder shall submit the disclosures and supporting documents listed in this subsection: -
