The Avondale Code Compliance Division is requesting a bid for demolition of all structures and clean-up for the property addressed at 223 S 3rd St, Avondale, Arizona. Parcel # 623-695-6810
Please ensure your submittal includes the full scope of work listed below.
Scope of work:
• Obtain all necessary permits and file asbestos reports (NESHAP)
• Demolish and remove all structures on site
• Bring property to grade, existing driveway on eastside of parcel can remain, current fencing can remain unless it would prevent access.
• Remove foundation slab and footings of the primary dwelling.
• Remove slabs, footings, etc.
• Remove all trash, debris, dead vegetation, overgrown weeds from site (to include all dump and transport fees)
• Place a berm 3 feet away from the sidewalk that runs along the west and south side of the property.
If awarded, the Contractor will be required to sign the attached Professional Services Agreement (Attachment A).
Demolition Project shall be completed by April 28, 2026.
The resulting Contract shall become effective upon full execution by the City and shall remain in full force and effect until the Contractor has completed all required services no later than 90 days after the Notice of Proceed has been issued, unless terminated earlier as provided herein.
