    Santa Clara Valley Water District is soliciting bids from qualified, properly licensed contractors to perform demolition and site restoration work at nine Valley Water-owned residential properties along Hoot Owl Way in Morgan Hill, California. The work includes preparing required plans and work documents, obtaining required permits and regulatory clearances, abating and disposing of hazardous or regulated materials, demolishing and removing structures and site improvements, locating and removing or properly abandoning septic systems, coordinating utility disconnects, and hauling, recycling, or disposing of debris.
