Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 P.M. in the City Commission Chambers . A mandatory Prebid meeting will be held at 1:00 P.M., February 17, 2026, in the City Com mission Chambers, Room 203, second floor of the Dothan Civic Center. The general instructions to Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond and other contract documents may be examined and downloaded at no charge at: https://cityofdothan.procureware.com/home . The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
