    The City of Auburn Hills (City) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the removal of all building components and site restoration on the property located at 3077 Auburn Road, Auburn Hills, Michigan. General Scope of Work – City Expectations of the Contractor: 1. Obtain a Demolition Permit from the City. Notes: Permit and inspection fees will be waived. The City will arrange, secure, and pay for utility cut-offs. 2. Secure the demolition site with temporary construction fencing and all necessary soil erosion prevention measures as required. 3. Complete the required lead-based paint abatement – Survey results in Appendix A. 4. Raze and remove the existing structure, which is approximately 2,500 square feet in size, and the related accessory buildings and hardscape. 5. Break up and remove all basements, footings, foundations, slabs, etc., under the demolished structures. 6. Remove and dispose of all debris off-site in a legal manner. 7. Backfill and compact basement and voids with engineered fill (95% modified compaction). 8. Supply and install two inches of topsoil over the disturbed areas and evenly grade. 9. Seed and mulch the disturbed areas. 10. Repair / replace disturbed concrete and asphalt as necessary.
